For in-stock items, please allow up to 3 business days for processing on standard shipping. Expedited shipping orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Custom items need 5 workdays for processing. Orders will be shipped within 5 workdays. Once shipped, a confirmation email, along with tracking number(s) for your order, will be sent.

Please note that since our warehouses are in China, we cannot guarantee delivery within a week. We advise you to check with a local retailer to find your desired items.

 

Carrier:
Our preferred local carrier is YANWEN. Once the package arrives in your country, it gets transferred to your local popular carrier, in the US it would be USPS, etc. If you choose express shipping, the carriers will be UPS/DHL/FEDEX.

 

Please note: we will provide a tracking number and tracking site, so you can monitor the status of your order at any time.

 

Duty and Tax:
We try to avoid incurring import fees. In the rare cases where it does occur, NiceCrochet is not responsible for any custom charges made in the country of destination.

 

Split Packages:
An order may be split into different packages due to:

 

  • The weight limit per package
  • Back-ordered items
  • Multiple warehouses with varying stock inventories.

Order Delay:

Unclaimed Packages:
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or $25 redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

 

Missing Package:
If the delivery address cannot be reached on time within the planned period, we provide a reship service.
